Once your order has been received, it will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours in preparation for shipment. Customers will generally receive their items in 10-14 business days from purchase. Please note due to COVID-19 delivery times may be longer than normal; we appreciate your patience.

All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it). Individual Items May Ship Separately.
Due to the popularity of certain items delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Multiple Items Orders
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way
Cancellations can be made within 12 hours of your order. Once we have fulfilled and shipped your order, you cannot cancel an order.
If you have made an error in your address, please email us ASAP. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order is already fulfilled and processed to ship. We are not responsible for address changes after 12 hours.
